Alternatively you can print out the Form and return it by snail mail completed and enclosing your payment in full adding 5% to cover postage and insurance. Please make personal cheques and Money Orders payable to Peter MacDonald.
If you are paying an equivalent amount in a currency other than £s Sterling please add £5 to cover UK bank charges.

Delivery time will depend on the nature of the order and details will be forwarded once confirmation and payment of your order has been processed.
