In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the following information is set out for your protection.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in pounds Sterling.
Postage and packing will be added to all prices - these will vary
according to the weight of the goods and the location to which
they are to be sent. A quote for the total price of the goods
ordered, including P&P, will be sent by email prior to
confirmation of your order.
PAYMENT
Goods are supplied at a minimum of 50% deposit, the remainder is
due on delivery. Overseas orders must be paid for in full
before delivery.
Payment can be by UK cheque, Sterling Money Order, or cash
(Sterling or foreign). Foreign cheques are accepted but £5 or equivalent much be added to cover UK bank charges.
TERMS
Interest will be applied at a rate of 2.5% on any sums due 30
days or more after the date of this invoice. The property in the
Goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until the whole price for
the Goods and all other sums due by the Purchaser to the Seller
have been paid
DELIVERY
The delivery time will depend on the goods ordered. An estimate
will be given with confirmation of your order.
REFUNDS
A full refunds will be given in the case of faulty goods
providing that they are returned (posted and date stamped) within
14 working days together with a letter giving details of the
fault.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
Any order may be cancelled prior to payment of the deposit.
Payment of the deposit will be deemed as confirmation of the
order.
